Female Football Week 2021

Female Football Week is one of our favourite events of the year. The purpose is to celebrate the huge growth in female football interest, and to keep developing player's love of the game.

In 2021, Female Football Week will run between Saturday 1 May and Sunday 9 May.

West Pymble FC is proud to host several activities which focus on community, fun, skill and overall team spirit!

Saturday 1 May, 5:00 pm - 5:45 pm: Soccer Zumba at Norman Griffiths Oval

All ages, genders, and clubs welcome, players and non-players! Wear your WPFC kit, or a dash of yellow, but please wear runners/joggers or football boots.

Sunday 2 May, 6:00 pm - 8.30 pm: Girls Movie Night at West Pymble Bowling/ Club

Girl's teams and parents, book a table and come along to watch "She's The Man" (PG) and enjoy an easy Sunday dinner at the Bowlo.

Bookings essential, so if you can confirm you want a team table, please email girlscoord@wpfc.com.au before 1 May.

Cancelled due to Covid-19: Friday 7 May, 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm (or later): Paint & Sip at Norman Griffiths Clubhouse

A fun social evening, $50 per person (18yrs+) to do a fun painting, and chat with WPFC pals. Perhaps there will be a secret soccer ball hidden in your art work! BYO drinks and nibbles, and you get to take away your masterpiece. Coaches, managers, players welcome!

Sunday 9 May, from 11:40 am - 5:00 pm: Female Gala Day at Norman Griffiths Oval

Family picnic day at Norman Griffiths Oval, enjoying friends, football and having fun! Bring your friends and family and enjoy a BYO picnic and celebrate the day with us. There will be three back-to-back WPFC games, starting with G14B at 11:40 am, followed by two of our W35 teams playing against each other, then our final W35A team playing at 3:00 pm.

Past players are invited to come along and we will take a massive club photo of past and present players (2:40 pm arrival for the photo).

Sunday 9 May, from 5.30pm: WPFC Mothers Day Dinner at West Pymble Bowling Club
