How to complete your registration by making payment

 

YOU MUST REGISTER OR RENEW YOUR REGISTRATION EACH AND EVERY YEAR VIA FFA FIRST, THEN VIA THE CLUB SYSTEM. 

 

Once your FFA registration is complete, within approx 24 hours of registering with FFA, you will receive the following 2 emails:-

 

1. Email from FFA confirming your registration and including invoice details.  This email does not allow payment; and

2. Email from WPFCwincluding how to pay instructions.  It has the title "Thank you for registering another season with West Pymble" from "Website.Automation@MyClubMate.com.au".  This email includes information and a PAY NOW button at bottom of the email (you may need to enable images to view the PAY NOW button). 

 

So PLEASE REGISTER FIRST VIA FFA and check your email (including your Spam folder) for our club's email to you.

Please keep reading below ONLY if you have already registered this year via FFA and received your invoice email (as detailed above), and it's been more than 24 hours since said registration.  If it has not been 24 hours, please be patient and wait for our payment email to arrive.

You have 2 options to pay:-

 

  • RECOMMENDED >>> Pay by following the PAY NOW button on your invoicing email; or

  • Pay now via wpfc.asn.au/mydetails


If you chose the second option the please follow the following instructions.

 

Note: the next web page may INCORRECTLY state that registrations are closed. Please ignore that comment.  Enter your username and password to log-in to make the payment. The password may not be the same as your FFA password, so enter the correct First name, Surname and press enter and it should offer a password rest option.  The image below shows this process.

 

Once you have successfully logged in, selecrt "PAY YOUR FEES" from the left hand menu:

  • Facebook Clean
  • Twitter Clean
  • Instagram Clean
